Call for a Consultant.

Tanzania Men as Equal Partners in Development (TMEPiD), in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and with financial support from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), invites qualified and experienced consultants to submit applications for the development of the National Family Planning Costed Implementation Plan III (2026/2027–2030/2031).

The consultancy will support the Government of Tanzania in developing a comprehensive, evidence-based, and costed implementation plan that will guide the country’s family planning programme over the next five years. The plan will align with national priorities, the FP2030 commitments, the Health Sector Strategic Plan, and other relevant national and global frameworks to strengthen equitable access to quality family planning services.

Qualified consultants with demonstrated expertise in public health, reproductive health and family planning, strategic planning, health financing, and development of national policy or planning documents are encouraged to apply.
